This Hub contains information for new Centric clients who’ve transferred from encircle Super & Pension Service (encircle Super) and Managed Investment Accounts. It’s designed to answer key questions and provide helpful resources.

What to expect

Your account was transferred to Centric on 26 August 2023. Following a short blackout period of around 5 days, you will be able to access the Centric platform and log into your account if we have your email address on file. If we don’t have your email address on file, we’ll write to you to between 31 August to 11 September with the details you need to log in. We will then send you a comprehensive welcome pack via Aus Post after 18 September.

Important things to do

  • Provide us with your email address and mobile phone number (if you have one) by calling us

  • Log into your Centric Client Portal to view your account after 4 September and check all of your details are correct. This video shows you how to log in, and outlines some of the Centric platform’s key features

  • Let us know if any of your details need updating by calling or emailing us. Your adviser may also be able to assist

  • If you have a Centric Super accumulation account and receive Superannuation Guarantee contributions from your employer, let your employer know about your new super fund. You’ll receive your Centric Super member number and a link to the form you’ll need to provide to your employer in the first email or letter from us, or you can fill the form in here and provide it to your employer if you’d prefer

  • New Centric Super members are also encouraged to check their investment menu (Centric Choice or Centric One) and call us or your adviser (if you have one) if you have any questions or want to understand your options

  • Re-establish any direct debit, BPAY or EFT contributions. We’ll provide your personalised EFT and BPAY codes in your comprehensive welcome pack. You can also access these codes on the Centric Client Portal

  • If you pay for external insurance cover through your super, you’ll need to re-establish an ‘enduring rollover’ to ensure this payment continues. Contact your insurer for a ‘rollover authority form’ and submit your completed form to them as soon as possible

  • If you have a death benefit nomination for your super, check the details of your nomination to ensure it continues to reflect your wishes. You can update it using this form if required

  • If you haven’t provided your Tax File Number (TFN), you may wish to consider doing so with the Tax File Number declaration form

  • If you had an encircle account linked with an eligible family member’s account, these linkages will generally have been applied to your Centric account(s) under a ‘household’. To explore adding another account to your household and benefiting from aggregated advice fees, please contact your adviser or reach out to us directly.

Have you provided your email address and phone number?

To access the Centric Client Portal, you will need at least a valid email address, though mobile phone numbers are also encouraged. Call or email us to update your details. Based overseas? Please note that your mobile phone may not be able to accept the secure one-time PIN required to log into the platform. In this case, we encourage you to provide us with your email address, which you can use to access your account.

Benefits at a glance


Centric Super
  • Most of the preferences and instructions you had nominated for your encircle Super account have been applied to your new Centric Super account.

  • If you used to receive weekly or fortnightly pension payments, these have shifted to twice monthly (on the 6th and 20th of each month), and your regular payment amounts will be slightly different as a result.

  • Regular scheduled payments will recommence from October 2023.

  • If you held insurance through your encircle Super account, your cover has been continued in Centric Super.

  • Through your Centric Super account you have access to the Centric Super investment menu, including the Centric Choice menu (your choice / your adviser’s recommendations), and the pre-mixed Centric One menu.

  • Depending on your account balance before the transfer, you have been allocated to either the Centric One or Centric Choice menu. You can switch between these menus through your adviser, if appropriate. Your adviser can provide more information about your options.

  • Note that you may have certain assets that are now ‘sell-only’ assets following the transfer. These are detailed here.

Centric IDPS 2
  • Most of the preferences and instructions you had nominated for your encircle MIA account remain unchanged.

  • Regular scheduled payments will recommence from October 2023.

  • Through your Centric IDPS 2 account you now have access to the Centric Investment Menu.

  • Note that you may have certain assets that are now ‘sell-only’ assets following the transfer. These are detailed here.
